Before real estate, Alan He was a critical care nurse — working high-stakes shifts in the ER where calm thinking and decisive action weren't optional. That environment shaped him in ways no business school could: how to stay composed under pressure, diagnose problems quickly, and always put the person in front of you first.
That same mindset carried into his business career at CRH Medical Corporation, and eventually into real estate — where the stakes are just as real, and the right advice matters just as much.
Today, Alan serves as Director of Sales and Leasing at MLA Canada Realty, leading a team and working directly with developers big and small across Western Canada. He's deeply embedded in the market — from the ground floor of new presale developments to resale transactions across the full spectrum of Metro Vancouver real estate. Whether he's guiding a first-time buyer through their first purchase or negotiating a $3M+ luxury home, Alan brings the same standard: thorough preparation, honest counsel, and unwavering commitment to his client's best interest.
